At Planning & Building Solutions, we believe that good design is not born by chance, but is built step by step, with strategy, creativity, and technical knowledge.

Below, we share with you our architectural design process, from the initial idea to the final plans ready for construction:

Active listening:

Understanding the client

It all starts by listening to you. We need to know your ideas, needs, dreams, budget, and lifestyle. Every detail matters because we design spaces tailored for you.

Context analysis:

We study the lot, urban regulations, climate, solar orientation, and all factors that may influence the design. This allows us to make intelligent decisions from the start.

Conceptualization:

This is where the magic happens. We start creating ideas, volumes, schemes, and spatial proposals. It is the stage where the concept takes visual form and we present it to you with sketches or preliminary models.

Design development:

Once the concept is approved, we move on to technical development: architectural, structural, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) plans, along with details and specifications. Our team ensures that everything fits together perfectly.

Review and adjustments:

We review the design with you, receive feedback, and make the necessary adjustments. Our goal is for the design to align 100% with your expectations and be ready to build.

Final delivery and advice:

We deliver the complete plans, ready for legalization and execution. In addition, we offer advice on procedures and technical support if you need it.

💡 Why is it important to follow a process?

Because it ensures order, efficiency, and quality. A well-managed process means less improvisation, fewer errors, and more success in your project.
